Essonix — growth systems studio

From asked to booked.

Every customer now starts with a question — typed into a search box, or asked of an assistant that replies in a single paragraph. We build the system that puts your name in that answer, gives it somewhere good to land, and turns it into a call on your calendar.

01 Asked AI Visibility — SEO, GEO & AEO A model composes the answer. Your name is in it, or it isn’t.
02 Found Web Development The mention earns a visit. Your site has one job.
03 Chosen Digital Marketing They compare you against three others. Quietly.
04 Booked AI Automation Interest decays in minutes. Something has to catch it.

What changed

The list got shorter.

Ten blue links became one composed reply. There is no page two in a conversation, and no scrolling past the answer to find you underneath it.

The question got longer.

People no longer type three words. They describe their situation in a sentence and expect a judgment back — a recommendation, with a name attached.

The click became optional.

When the answer is complete, nobody visits. Your analytics record this as nothing at all, which is precisely why most brands never notice it happening.

The system

Four stages. One continuous path.

Most agencies sell you a single stage and call it growth. A stage on its own leaks — visibility with nowhere to land, traffic that never converts, leads nobody answers. We build the whole path and measure it end to end.

What this stage is

Someone asks. A model assembles a reply out of what it can identify, trust and quote correctly. If your brand isn't legible to it — inconsistent naming, thin structured data, no presence in the sources it reads — you are not in the running, and no amount of ad spend puts you there.

What we do

Fix the prompt set your buyers actually use and baseline what every major assistant says today. Repair entities and schema so models describe you accurately. Write answer-shaped pages: claim first, evidence next, hedging nowhere. Build the citation footprint models draw on. Re-run the same prompts monthly.

Produces A brand models can name, and a share of answer you can watch move.

Engagements

Three ways to start.

We take on a small number of clients at a time. That's the whole reason we can scope honestly rather than sell you all four stages on the first call.

Signal 6–8 weeks

For brands assistants don't mention — or mention wrongly.

  • Prompt-set audit across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • Entity, schema and knowledge-graph repair
  • Answer-shaped content for the questions that matter
  • Citation footprint on the sources models actually read
  • Monthly share-of-answer re-measurement

Ends with a baseline you can argue with and a trend line that moves.

Engine Most chosen10–14 weeks

For brands whose traffic never becomes a conversation.

  • Everything in Signal
  • Site build or rebuild on a fast, crawlable foundation
  • Conversion architecture and landing pages
  • Analytics, events and call tracking set up properly

Ends with visibility that lands somewhere it can convert.

Operator Retained

For teams ready to run the entire path at once.

  • Everything in Engine
  • Paid and content programmes against pipeline targets
  • Automation: routing, receptionist, CRM and inbox workflows
  • A shared board, and one monthly report against one baseline

Ends with a system your team owns, not a dependency on us.

Every engagement opens with the same diagnostic, and the findings are yours whether or not you carry on with us.

How we work

Diagnose, blueprint, build, compound.

Week 0
Diagnose

We baseline what assistants currently say about you, what your site can and can't do, and where revenue leaks between the two. You get the findings as a working document, not a hundred-page deck.

Weeks 1–2
Blueprint

A sequenced plan with effort, expected impact, and the order things have to happen in — because schema before content before citations is not a preference, it's a dependency. Short enough that you'll read all of it.

Weeks 3+
Build

Technical fixes, content, schema, citations, campaigns, automations — executed in that order, with progress visible on a shared board every week. You always know what changed and why.

Ongoing
Compound

The same prompt set, re-run against the same baseline, every month. Nothing gets re-benchmarked to flatter a bad quarter. The work stacks, and the reporting stays comparable for as long as we're working together.

Fit

Worth being straight about.

Works well when
  • You sell something considered — a buyer researches before they commit.
  • You have a real offer and the capacity to handle more inbound than you get now.
  • You want to own the accounts, the content and the automations outright.
  • You'd rather see the raw transcripts than a score somebody invented.
Probably not for you if
  • You need rankings by next Friday. Schema moves in weeks; authority does not.
  • You want volume content at the lowest possible price per word.
  • You're looking for someone to hold responsible for a number rather than move it.
  • You want all four stages started at once regardless of what the diagnostic says.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this just SEO with new letters on it?

No — and it isn't a replacement for SEO either. Ranking gets you into the corpus a model reads. GEO makes you identifiable to that model. AEO makes you liftable into the answer it writes. Same technical foundation, three different jobs sitting above it. Do only the first and you'll feel the gap inside a year.

What if an assistant describes us wrongly?

That's the most fixable problem we see. Wrong descriptions almost always trace back to three things: inconsistent naming across the web, thin or contradictory structured data, and stale third-party sources still repeating an old version of you. It's unglamorous work, and it tends to move faster than anything else in the system.

Can you prove any of this actually moved?

We fix a prompt set before we start and record the raw responses from each assistant. Every month we re-run the identical set. You read the transcripts yourself and see whether you're named, how you're described, and who sits alongside you. It isn't a proprietary score we invented and it isn't ours to grade.

Do we have to take the whole system?

No. Most engagements start with one stage. If a stage wouldn't change your numbers we'll say so plainly — it's cheaper for us to tell you now than to be fired for it in four months.

Who owns the accounts and the work?

You do, from day one. Accounts, content, schema, automations and documentation are created in your name and leave with you if we ever part ways. We don't hold anything hostage as a retention strategy.

You're not in our time zone. Does that matter?

We overlap US business hours and run asynchronously outside them. Most of our clients are US-based, and the work that matters here — schema, content, citations, automations — is reviewed on a schedule rather than in real time anyway.

Start here

Find out what the assistants say about you.

Send us your site and the kind of buyer you want. We'll run your prompt set through the major assistants and send back the raw answers — who they name, how they describe you, and the gaps worth closing first.

  • A real audit, read and written by a person
  • Back to you within two business days
  • Yours to keep either way, with no pitch attached

A person replies. No list, no sequence, no spam.
